"Friends of the Station"

The Great Overland Station is a valuable community asset that continues to grow and develop.  We have many goals yet to accomplish.  We work constantly toward being a community treasure that all are proud of and that tourist and students feel compelled to visit.  Our operations budget is supported entirely by Friends of the Station, admissions, facility rentals, sponsorships and donations.

With your help and support, we will accomplish our goal of 1,000 members!

Benefits of being a "Friend"

Future Excursion Rides on the 844 Steam Locomotive

Upcoming excursion rides on the 844 Steam Train will be offered only to our "Friends of the Station".  Union Pacific has provided "The Station" with this fundraising opportunity.  Therefore, future sales will be offered first to our Patron Members for a period of time.  Then it will be opened up to all members.  We will have a limited number of tickets so you won't want to miss out on the next opportunity.  Become a "Friend of the Station" today. 

Family:   $35 (not tax deductible) - free admision during operating hours for 2 adults, dependend children and/or grandchildren uder 18, 15% discount in gift shop, Newsletter, Private Exhibit Receptions

Patron Friends

Bronze:   $100 ($65 deductible) - above benefits plus 2 free guest passes, 15% discounted booth space at GOS sponsored events

Silver:  $250 ($215 deductible) - above benefits plus 6 free guest passes, 20% discounted booth space at GOS sponsored events

Gold:  $500 ($465 deductible) - above benefits plus 10 free guest passes, 25% discounted booth space at GOS sponsored events, VIP Seating at selected GOS events

Platinum: $1,000 ($965 deductible) - above benefits plus 14 free guest passes, 50% discounted booth space at GOS sponsored events, advanced opportunities to purchase tickets for excursion train rides, Partnership Historic Site Tax Credit - limited availability

Diamond:  $2,500 ($2,465 deductible) - above benefits plus 18 free guest passes, FREE booth space at GOS sponsored events
